Increasing Access at Tarion

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 is a new legislation that mandates how businesses and organizations provide accessible services to customers with disabilities. As a result of the legislation, goods and services provided to people in Ontario will have to meet certain accessibility standards.

Tarion is committed to promoting the independence, dignity, integration, and equality of opportunity of persons with disabilities by ensuring the accessibility of our facilities and services.
