Customer Service Standard Statistics Will Help You Track Performance

Effective September 15, 2006, the Builder Portal will provide you with up-to-date statistics related to the Customer Service Standard (CSS). This new feature will allow you to monitor your own company's performance and compare it to industry performance across the province.
