The 2006 Tarion Awards of Excellence candidates are listed alphabetically below. Builders of all size and type are eligible for the awards, however participation is by invitation only based on each builder’s customer service record with Tarion over the last five years. In 2006, only six per cent of the 5,600 registered builders in Ontario met our stringent criteria and qualified for the awards program.
Based on the results of independently conducted research that includes random homeowner surveys, sixteen finalists were determined. The 2006 Tarion Awards of Excellence winners were announced on September 20, 2006.
