If you are e-mailing a technical question to info@tarion.com, we will be able to serve you better if you provide the following information in your e-mail:
- A day-time phone number where you can be reached (Land line or cell)
- The full address of your home (including condominium unit number if applicable)
- If possible, your home's Tarion enrolment number. Your Tarion enrolment number is printed on your Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP) in the form of a detachable sticker. You or your builder may have placed this sticker on your home's electrical panel. Your enrolment number can also be found on any official correspondence you've had with Tarion.
