1. Obtain an Enrolment Form by calling Tarion at 1-877-982-7466.
2. Return the original copy of the completed Enrolment Form along with the enrolment fee to Tarion. You can determine the fee by viewing the enrolment fee table. Please include PST and GST. Cheques should be made payable to “Tarion Warranty Corporation”. You will need to submit one enrolment form for each home that you enrol. Please retain the second copy of the enrolment form for your records. Completed forms can be sent to:

3. Ensure that any security required for the home being enrolled is included with the Enrolment Form. You would have been advised in writing at the time of registration or renewal as to any security requirements on each new home you wish to enrol.  For further information on posting and releasing of security see Security Requirements or you can review Builder Bulletin 28 (Revised).
4. A preprinted Certificate of Completion and Possession (with attached Warranty Certificate) for the home enrolled will be sent to you as confirmation of its enrolment. Enrolments are usually processed within three business days if the enrolment information received is accurate and complete.

Note:  For new homes with a private sewage disposal system, complete Certification Forms A-1 and A-2. Review Builder Bulletin 33 (Revised) before you complete the Enrolment Form.
