( ex-reference number 34769) of Mississauga, registered since September 13, 2004 had its registration revoked due to the following: a high ratio of chargeable conciliations to possessions; a high ratio of chargeable conciliations to possessions under an associated company; caused the Registrar to pay out claims in excess of $2,500.00 under an associated builder; breach of a term and condition of registration. |
