From July 1 to September 30, 2007 Tarion refused, revoked or suspended the registration of the following 27 builders and/or vendors:

Zamani Homes (Lorraine Park) Ltd. had its application for registration refused due to the following: a high ratio of chargeable conciliations to possessions on an associated company; causing the Registrar to pay out claims in excess of $4,500.00 on an associated company; exceeding limit of proposed homes in conjunction with an associated company. |
