On May 30, 2007 Tarion hosted its 13th Annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada.

We are proud to report that this year's event raised over $53,000. Since the tournament's inception in 1995, Tarion has raised and donated more than $450,000 to this worthy cause. Once again, this year's tournament was held at the Angus Glen Golf Club, the site of this year's Bell Canadian Open.

What made this year's tournament unique was the opportunity for participants to experence first-hand the difference their support is making in the lives of Canadian children. Present at the after-golf ceremony was Madison McLaren, a 13 year old who received a life-saving kidney transplant from her mother, Kelly. With the support of the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, Madison's dream of going on a Disney cruise with her family came true.

We would like to thank all of the builders who came out and played as well as the sponsors who supported this important event. A special note of thanks also to our tournament organizers and hard-working volunteers who made everything run so smoothly.
