Illegal building is a serious problem that has cost  the Warranty Program and the home building industry millions of dollars over the years.  Dave Roberts, Ontario New Home Warranty Program Manager of Enforcement, leads a team of eight seasoned investigators who work diligently to track down “rogue” builders that operate outside the law, and bring them before the courts.

Mr. Roberts recently provided members of the Quinte Home Builders Association  with an update on his team’s progress in 2003.
