“The Challenges of a New Era at the Warranty Program”

Meeting the expectations of today's consumers can be a big challenge, but it is one that the Ontario New Home Warranty Program is tackling head on. The Warranty Program is in the midst of an ambitious three-year program to improve the way it does business, to better serve both home builders and new home buyers. At this session, Greg Gee, President & CEO of the Warranty Program, explained how the Corporation's improvements can benefit both the home building industry and consumers. He also provided some insight into the remaining changes to be implemented over the next year at the Warranty Program.
