Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville was home to this year’s Ontario Home Builders’ Association Annual Conference at which the Ontario New Home Warranty Program presented its Ernest Assaly Ontario Builder of the Year awards. Awards were presented to builders for demonstrating exceptional customer service and excellence in the home building industry.  Builders who competed this year were subject to detailed interviews and site inspections. Local municipal building officials were interviewed and random homeowner surveys were conducted by Decima Research of Toronto, which also tallied the scores.
