Warranty Program President and CEO Greg Gee provided an audience of more than 300 real estate lawyers with a comprehensive update on the Corporation’s ambitious modernization effort, and an overview of two high-profile industry issues which demonstrate the important role that the Warranty Program plays in assisting both builders and homeowners.

This luncheon presentation also focused on the new customer service policies recently introduced in order to raise the standard of customer service throughout the home building industry and the corresponding changes to the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
