Toronto, ON, April 22, 2005 - Tarion Warranty Corporation (Tarion) is offering a free educational seminar for Mandarin-speaking new home buyers at our recently opened Customer Centre, a user-friendly walk-in storefront located in the North York Centre. Tarion currently hosts a series of English-language seminars to provide information about what’s involved when buying a new home.
Industry professionals, including a mortgage specialist and real estate lawyer, will guide potential new home buyers through the purchasing process and provide helpful tips. In addition, Tarion representatives will explain the terms and benefits of the statutory warranty which all builders are required to provide to new home buyers. A Question and Answer session will follow.
The seminar will be presented in English and Mandarin, and feature consecutive interpretation. The mortgage specialist and legal expert will present in Mandarin.

Tarion Warranty Corporation is a private corporation established in 1976 to administer the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act which outlines the warranty protection that all builders must provide to new home and condominium buyers in Ontario.
