Regarding
a builder's chargeable conciliation and claims history, Tarion has
implemented the
Customer Service Standard for all homes (excluding condominium
common elements) with a date of possession on or after
October 1, 2003.
The
data shown does not include chargeable conciliation and claim figures for
homes with a date of possession between
October 1, 2003
and
September 30, 2004, so as to give registered
builders time to make the necessary operational adjustments to comply with the Customer
Service Standard. (The Customer
Service Standard applies to all freehold homes and condominium units
with a date of possession on or after October 1, 2003.)
