Information about the Critical Dates Calculator

The Statement of Critical Dates is the first page of the Addendum. To generate your Statement of Critical Dates, follow the instructions below. 

Step 1: Fill out the information in the fields below, you must fill out the required fields in order to generate your statement. Each of these fields will automatically populate in the corresponding areas of the Statement of Critical Dates that you will then generate.

Step 2: Select the type of transaction rom the drop down options (Freehold Firm, Freehold Tentative, Condominium Firm, Condominium Tentative).

Step 3: Once you've selected the transaction type, a new field will appear where you can select your first Critical Date by clicking on the calendar icon, then the date. All Closing and Occupancy Dates must be on a business day. Once you've selected this date, all of the remaining Critical Dates needed will be automatically determined and populated on your document. Please Note: For condominiums, you will also enter the Outside Occupancy Date.
