Condition

“STICKER BURN” APPEARS ON SURFACE OF STRIP FLOORING

Acceptable Performance/Condition

The surface of strip wood flooring shall be free from discolouration caused by manufacturing or storage procedures within the different grade of flooring specified.

Warranty

One-Year - Work and Materials

Action

Discoloured pieces of flooring shall be repaired or replaced where disallowed by the grade.

Remarks

“Sticker burn” is discolouration across the width of the board caused by the sticks used between the lumber during the drying process.
