Submitting a warranty claim to Tarion protects your warranty rights as you continue to work with your builder to resolve warranty issues. If issues are not resolved by your builder within a specified period, you can request further assistance from Tarion. There are other types of assistance available from Tarion that do not require you to submit a formal warranty claim. Examples include Early Interventions and Investigative Inspections.
