Hari joined Tarion’s Board in 2014 and his term expires in April 2023. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of Tarion’s Governance, Regulatory Affairs & Nominations Committee. Previously, he chaired Tarion’s Audit & Risk Committee, was the Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Transition Committee.
Hari is a seasoned chief executive and an independent corporate director with experience in banking, insurance, corporate finance, private and capital markets, diversified industries, trust services and non-profit sectors across North America. His career spreads over 35 years, as the founding President & CEO and a board member of ICICI Bank Canada and ICICI Securities (USA). He was in management roles at HSBC Bank Canada, Bank of Montreal and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
His company PanVest Capital Corporation is engaged in advisory services to boards on corporate governance, risk management and business strategy. He is a corporate director on the boards of Ontario Securities Commission and Meridian Credit Union. Also, he serves as an Honorary Colonel, 32 Service Battalion, 4th Canadian Division, Canadian Armed Forces.
Hari contributes to the not-for-profit sector through: CPA Canada’s Corporate Oversight and Governance Advisory Board and the Canadian Foundation for Handicapped and Disabled People. He was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2009 for his volunteer contributions over several years.

Andy joined the Board in 2017 and his current term expires in April 2023. Andy currently serves as the vice chair of the Board. He is also the chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and is a member of the Human Resources & Compensation and Investment Committees.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Andy was a partner at KPMG in the financial services audit practice prior to retiring from that position in 2016. During his career at KPMG he provided audit and advisory services to every nature of financial services organization, from Canada's major banks to start-up banks, credit unions, insurers, investment dealers and banking technology companies. He represented the firm in relationships with federal and provincial financial services regulators. Further to this, Andy served the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Canada as chair or a member of committees dealing with financial services regulation and insurance.
He currently serves on the boards of SBI Canada Bank, and the Oakville Symphony Orchestra.

Marni joined Tarion’s Board in March 2020 and her current term expires in April 2023. She is currently the chair of Tarion’s Human Resources & Compensation Committee and a member of the Investment & Stakeholder Committees.
Marni is currently a Principal at Strategy Corp and leads the Land Development and Infrastructure practice. Prior to that, Marni was Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Live Work Learn Play Inc. (LWLP). In that role, she led LWLP’s corporate and organizational growth and major infrastructure projects and anchors deal making on large scale real estate projects across North America. A seasoned infrastructure expert, Marni is involved in all facets of mixed-use community development and structuring of unique and innovative partnerships on mega projects.
Marni was formerly Chief Commercial Officer and General Counsel at Infrastructure Ontario (IO), responsible for leading the Legal Services, Procurement, Transaction Finance, Commercial Projects, Business Strategy & Communications, Records Management, Insurance, Policy and Freedom of Information teams. Marni worked closely with Ontario’s Attorney General to develop the consumer protection framework within the province’s Construction Act. Marni is trained mediator and used her experience in dispute resolution to develop and implement a dispute resolution process for Infrastructure Ontario.
Marni is the recipient of various awards, including Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women Award, the Canadian General Counsel Award in Business Achievement and the Women’s Infrastructure Network’s award for outstanding leaders.
Marni is currently a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Ryerson University, where she devotes her time to the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural studies, and to the Ryerson Law Practice Program. Marni is also a Board member of CreateTO and the Technical Services and Standards Authority (TSSA), and a member of the Sinai Health Systems Operational Effectiveness Committee.

RJ was appointed to Tarion’s Board in 2019 and his current term expires in April 2024. He is currently the Chair of the Stakeholder Committee and a member of the Governance, Regulatory Affairs & Nominations Committee.
RJ is currently Managing Director of RayleeValleyGroup, a role in which he provides guidance and advice to clients and boards on various areas of the law, public policy, government and stakeholder relations, corporate secretarial / board administration, corporate governance and compliance.
In January 2019, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and currently serves as its Chair. In January 2020, he was appointed a Commissioner to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC) and also serves as its Vice Chair. He served on the national board for Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Inc. for 10 years and is currently a member of CME’s Ontario Advisory Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the York Durham Heritage Railway Inc., an event-based not for profit tourist railway, and was previously a member of the board of the US‐based Electrical Safety Foundation International.
RJ was formerly Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CSA Group (Canadian Standards Association) for 17 years. In this role he was responsible for corporate governance, policy and administration of its Board of Directors, provided oversight for CSA’s government relations activities on international trade, lobbying and compliance matters, and interacted with governmental regulatory authorities and domestic and international law enforcement agencies to resolve regulatory, compliance and intellectual property infringement (counterfeiting) issues.
Previously, RJ was Vice‐President, General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for Parsons Corporation, a global multi‐disciplinary engineering firm, and was Legal Counsel for the Consumer Banking Division of Citibank Canada.
RJ has a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. In October 2012, he was certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors as an Institute‐Certified Director (ICD.D). Mr. Falconi is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian, American and International Bar Associations, the Institute of Corporate Directors and the US‐based National Association of Corporate Directors

Greg joined Tarion’s Board in 2014 and his term expires in April 2023. He currently serves on Tarion’s Human Resources & Compensation Committee and the Governance, Regulatory Affairs & Nominations Committee.
Greg is the Chief Operating Officer of Cardel Homes and the Cardel Group of Companies and serves on the Board of Cardel. Over the past 40 years, Greg has served in various senior level management positions, including his role as an executive with the Ottawa Senators/Palladium Corporation, where he had primary oversight for the design and construction of the Canadian Tire Centre – Home of the Ottawa Senators. Prior to this, Greg started his career in banking and technology before moving into real estate. In his professional capacity, Greg also serves as a mentor and coach to senior level managers.
Greg remains very active in his community and is involved with many local charities. In 2012, he was awarded the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation's most prestigious award, the Rabbi Reuven Bulka Award, in recognition of his leadership in the fight for cancer survivorship in the community. Other charitable and community initiatives include Dreams Take Flight, The Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation Pallium Canada and the Children’s Aid Foundation. John is a Principal of Cresa Toronto, a boutique strategic real estate advisory firm where he leads the Strategic Real Estate Consulting and Development practice groups for his clients. Prior to joining Cresa, John spent five years as Senior Vice President of Build Toronto, the City of Toronto’s real estate and development corporation, and held previous executive roles as CEO of Invest Toronto, Vice-President of the Toronto Economic Development Corporation and Director of Parks, Forestry and Recreation for the City of Toronto.
John is Director and Vice-Chair of the Midland Bay Landing Development Corporation, a Municipal Development Corporation owned by the Town of Midland, Ontario. John is also very active in the Community, serving as a Director and Chair of the Programs Committee for the Jays Care Foundation and is Governor of the Ontario Branch of the Royal Life Saving Society of Canada. He is also active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation where he serves on the National Government Relations Committee.

Sameer is a proven Senior IT Executive and advisor delivering and leading IT Transformation projects in the area of cloud, cyber security, and IT maturity in both public and private sectors.
Trusted technology leader and business partner with advanced proficiency in information technology, strategy, and delivery. An intent listener and concise communicator who cultivates consensus among C level stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment. Bridges the gap between vision and execution, and delivers business value and increased resiliency for business operations.
Currently, Managing Director for Valencia IIP Advisors Limited, a boutique advisory firm specializing in Privacy, Cyber Security and IT Strategy/Cloud.

Amanda joined the Board in May 2021 and her current term expires in April 2024. She is currently a member of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee and the Stakeholder Committee.
Amanda has spent her career as a communications professional, having more than 30 years experience providing strategic communications advice to clients. Currently an independent communications consultant, she was Senior Vice President and Partner at Advance Planning & Communications prior to its sale.
The current Chair of the Board of Directors of Ports Toronto, Amanda joined that Board in 2015 as the City of Toronto appointee. Prior to becoming Board Chair in April 2021, she served as the Governance & Human Resources Committee Chair, a position she had held since 2017. She has also been a member of the Audit & Finance and Communications & Outreach Committees of the Board. Previous Board experience includes serving as a Governor of Crescent School, President of the Albany Club of Toronto, a member of the Ontario Advertising Review Board, a member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Place, and a Director of the Canadian National Exhibition Association.
A graduate of the University of Toronto (Victoria College) with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, Amanda has also completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management and holds the ICD.D designation.

Marc joined Tarion’s Board in March 2020 and his current term expires in 2023. He currently serves as vice chair on Tarion’s Audit & Risk Committee and is a member of the Stakeholder Committee.
Marc is the Vice President, Customer Care & Warranty Services at Tridel, a high-rise condominium developer in the Greater Toronto Area. He joined the company in 2001 and leads the Customer Care team, which includes Homeowner Orientation, Quality Control, Warranty and Customer Communications. In this role Marc works to advance the interests of consumers within the corporation and he is accountable for the development and implementation of programs and processes which advance new levels of quality assurance and control, all the while creating innovative ways for Tridel to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In addition to his background in technology, communications, and customer service, he has also served as both the Privacy Officer and Accessibility Officer at Tridel. Further to this, he served as an Industry Expert on Tarion’s Condominium Taskforce from 2016-2020.
Outside of his role at Tridel, Marc dedicates his time to his community as a member of the Ontario Volunteer Emergency Response Team (O.V.E.R.T), performing search and rescue operations and community assistance during major emergencies.

Toby joined Tarion’s Board in March 2020 and his current term expires in 2023. He currently serves as vice chair of the Governance, Regulatory Affairs & Nominations Committee and is a member of the Stakeholder Committees.
Toby is the Director of Housing Operations for Sifton Properties Limited based in London Ontario. In his role he oversees all aspects of residential construction from sales through construction to warranty and after service. Sifton Properties, a family run business established in 1923, is a diverse company, with operations in land development, commercial construction/leasing, residential rentals and seniors living. In addition to his responsibilities related to new home construction, Toby also sits on the Operations Leadership Team for the company. Toby has a passion for green building and helped to bring the first LEED production homes to the London market and he is actively involved with the construction of West 5, London’s first Net Zero community.
In addition to his work at Sifton Properties, Toby is a very well-respected leader in his industry, having sat on the London Home Builders’ Association executive and board of directors for 20 years, serving three terms as the Association President. He has also served on the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders’ Association boards, as well as various community and city run task forces.
Further to this, Toby has contributed to various community and charitable organizations, most notably Kids Kicking Cancer Canada, serving as National President since 2013. Kids Kicking Cancer is an international organization in which volunteer Blackbelt martial artists teach the mind and body techniques of Martial arts instruction, breathe work and meditation to empower children beyond the pain and discomfort of their disease, and is taught in hospitals as well as community programs.

David joined the Board in November 2021 and his current term expires April 2024. He currently a member of the Audit & Risk and Investment Committees.
David’s governance experience includes extensive involvement as a Chair and Director with a wide variety of public sector, private sector, educational and community organizations. He has chaired or been a member of several governance and audit committees on corporate boards.
As an elected official, David represented the riding of Markham in the Ontario Legislature for two terms, during which he held cabinet posts including Solicitor General and Chair of Management Board. David also served two terms as a Councillor for the Town of Markham.
David holds degrees in English (York University) and law (Osgoode Hall Law School). In 2006, he received an Honourary Doctor of Laws Degree (LLD) from Assumption University in Windsor and in 2014 received an Honourary Doctorate of Sacred Letters (DSLitt) from Huntington University in Sudbury. He received his C. Dir. from The Directors College, McMaster University in 2016.
David is the author of two books – Gambatte: Generations of Perseverance and Politics, a Memoir and The Chinese Door.
