BARRIER-FREE ACCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND VEHICLES DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ONTARIO BUILDING CODE
Acceptable Performance/Condition
Barrier-free access for individuals shall be provided to exterior parking areas (where provided) and to a least one parking level, where a passenger elevator serves an indoor parking level. The vehicular entrance to and from at least one parking level and all areas intended to be used by wheelchair accessible vehicles is required to have an adequate vertical clearance as defined by the Code.
Warranty
One-Year – Work and Materials. Two-Year - Ontario Building Code Health and Safety Violation
Action
Where the acceptable performance has not been met, repairs shall be made.
