We are excited to announce that we have re-designed MyHome to enhance your online experience. We will be launching the improved MyHome on Saturday, August 13, 2016.
The new MyHome design has a cleaner, reader-friendly layout with fresh images and more white space. This new design also reflects the updated design of our website, making your online experience a more consistent one.

Note on Changes
Changes to MyHome will only affect the design of the site, and not content or functionality. Any information you currently have on your MyHome account, such as warranty forms you have submitted or are in the process of submitting, will be preserved. Things will look different, but the information will be the same. If you have any questions or concerns about your MyHome account, please contact us.
System Outage Information
In order to accommodate the launch of the new design, MyHome will not be available from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12 to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13.
If this shutdown means that your form submission will be late, please submit your form or list of deficiencies via email to email@example.com instead, if possible. If that is not possible, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, enrolment number and/or civic address and possession date and she will reply with next steps. We apologize for the inconvenience.
