Tarion has determined that JDC Property Management Inc. is unwilling and/or unable to repair or resolve claim items covered by the statutory warranty.
When Tarion makes this determination regarding any vendor/builder, the decision may be based on a number of factors, such as the builder’s financial position, physical abilities and/or when the builder confirms to Tarion that they have no intention of providing warranty service or meeting their obligations under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
If Tarion has determined that a builder is unwilling and/or unable, then Tarion has the discretion to abridge or extend time periods in the statutory claims process. You can find more details about this designation here.
