David joined Tarion's Board of Directors in July 2026. His current term expires in 2028, and he serves on Tarion's Audit & Finance, and Stakeholder Committees.

David is a REALTOR® and Broker with Royal LePage Team Realty in Ottawa, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the residential real estate sector. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of REALTOR.ca Canada Inc., as a Director-at-Large with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and as a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).

David has significant governance and leadership experience across the real estate industry. He served on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Real Estate Board for eight years, including as President in 2015, and on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Real Estate Association for six years, serving as President in 2021.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), David brings extensive financial expertise and leadership experience to Tarion. He has completed executive-level director education through the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation.
