On November 3rd, 2025, the Fuller Landeau Group was appointed receiver of Ellie Condominiums at 5220 Yonge Street owned by G Group.

How Tarion will support owners of condominiums by G Group
Purchasers who have already been given occupancy of a completed condominium by G Group should continue to submit warranty claim forms for any deficiencies in their units (e.g. Initial Day, Year-End, Second Year, and Major Structural Defect forms) in the usual course and according to the relevant deadlines. The condo corporation will be responsible for submitting any warranty claims for items related to common elements. For more information on the common elements claims process, visit The Regular Claims Process for Common Elements.
Homeowners can have confidence that Tarion will process warranty claim forms, schedule and conduct conciliation inspections and backstop G Group’s warranties if the builder is unable to fulfill their warranty commitments.
