Customer Service Standards for Common Elements Warranty Claims - Effective July 1, 2010

In March 2010, Tarion consulted on new Customer Service Standards (CSS) for the Common Elements Claims Process. At that time, mandatory timelines and process only existed for freehold homes. To add more consistency and clarity to Tarion’s warranty process, which would benefit both, new condominium buyers and builders, Tarion received approval for this new CSS.
