The claims process & alternative methods of resolving claims

Tarion offers a regular claims process for homeowners and condo corporations to submit and resolve claims with their builder. The claims process is different for common elements in comparison to freehold, contract and condo units. We also offer other options for resolving claims if they cannot be resolved during the regular process.

The regular claims process for homes
