I am pleased to announce the release of the 2024 New Home Ombuds Annual Report.
The vast majority of homeowners won’t need to seek the assistance of the Ombuds office. Defects will either be resolved by the builder or settled with Tarion’s assistance. However, sometimes Tarion may struggle to meet homeowner expectations. That is when the Ombuds office might be able to help.
