 | About the awardThe Homeowners' Choice Awards recognize builders who have demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional new home buying experience for their homeowners. The awards are based on feedback provided directly by homeowners, ensuring that the recognition reflects the experiences of the people who matter most. Award recipients are determined using results from the annual homeowner satisfaction survey, conducted by an independent third-party research firm and sent to Ontario homeowners who have recently taken possession of a newly built home.
