Kevin Brodie

Vice President, Underwriting

Kevin Brodie joined Tarion in 2001 as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Licensing & Underwriting department. He became Director, Warranty Services in 2008. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, Warranty Services and in 2018, Kevin took on the role of Vice President, Operations. In 2020, Kevin became the Vice President, Underwriting and is responsible for management of the underwriting of all Ontario builders, as well as the claims handling of condominium common elements. Kevin graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant.
