Nicole began her career with Tarion in 2006 as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Operations. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities — becoming Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer in 2012, and in 2019, stepping into the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary & Executive Assistant to the CEO. In 2020, she earned her Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC.D) designation, demonstrating her deep commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Nicole assumed the role of Corporate Secretary in November 2025. As Corporate Secretary, she is responsible for the administration of the Board of Directors and serves as a key communication conduit between the Board, management, and stakeholders. She ensures the Board has the appropriate advice, information, and resources to fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities, while championing best-in-class governance practices to maintain the high standards that define our organization.
