Marc Sammons

Director (Ontario Builder Experience)

Marc joined Tarion’s Board in March 2020 and his current term expires in 2025. He currently serves as chair on Tarion’s Audit & Risk Committee and is a member of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee. 

Marc is the Vice President of Customer Care at Tridel, a high-rise condominium developer in the Greater Toronto Area. He joined the company in 2001 and leads the Customer Care team, which includes Homeowner Orientation, Quality Control, Warranty and Customer Communications. In this role Marc works to advance the interests of consumers within the corporation and he is accountable for the development and implementation of programs and processes which advance new levels of quality assurance and control, all the while creating innovative ways for Tridel to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

In addition to his background in technology, communications, and customer service, he has also served as both the Privacy Officer and Accessibility Officer at Tridel.  Further to this, he served   as an Industry Expert on Tarion’s Condominium Taskforce from 2016-2020.

Outside of his role at Tridel, Marc dedicates his time to his community as a member of the Ontario Volunteer Emergency Response Team (O.V.E.R.T), performing search and rescue operations and community assistance during major emergencies.
